Agent Discovery Issue

Question
-
Hi All,
I have installed SCOM agents on few machine in A domain. Now those machine have been migrated to domain B but both domain are in trust and can communicate so no gateway server required here. But the SCOM agents did not updated automatically with new domain (i.e. B) so I have removed old agents from console and tried to rediscover these agents. When I am searching and adding these new machine names and rediscovering by wizard they again rediscover in old domain (i.e. A). Can you please help me what could be the issue.?
All machine are ping able in new domain I crossed checked by nslookup also

Recommend procedure
1) Unintsall agent on machines
2) Remove the agent entity in operations console
3) Wait some time
4) Install the agent again or using discovery wizard

Uninstall the SCOM agent from the migrated servers and re-install/discover.

If possible (agent is Remotely Managable) it is even more recommended to Uninstall Agent via SCOM console. It should do both - remove service/binaries on client computer and clean up SCOM database.Wednesday, September 16, 2015 10:18 AM
