  • Do you have AD System Group Discovery enabled?

Have you looked at the properties of a specific known machine in the from the OU to see if its OU is filled in ConfigMgr?

I'm pretty sure your format of the value is wrong -- you can verify this by looking at properties of a client or clicking on the Values button in the wuery.

  • Can you open the properties of one of the computers that you believe belong to the OU. In the properties, see if the collection name is listed.

  • To exclude SCCM from specific OU's from already existing collections I just added and SMS_R_System.SystemOUName != "yourdomain.local/OU1/OU2" in the collections membership query. Thank you to Kenneth Titlestad for info.

  • Right up until the point when the images aren't there anymore, of course.

    404,404,404,404.

    Now, this answer is useless.

I would disagree there is still lots of useful details, for example did you review Kent answer or how about matt's? What about Jason first answer?  Each of these point you in the right direction.
