Refresh Contents in Computers Pane RRS feed

  • Greetings,
    When working in the Computers pane, in the All Windows Clients view, periodically when the contents have changed we see a yellow info bar at the top of the screen stating "The items in list have changed. Click to refresh".  From time to time when we click on the yellow info bar, the management console crashes.  OR, if we click on View in the menu bar, then select Refresh, the view will refresh, but the yellow info bar does not reset.

  • David, thank you for reporting this! Would you be able to provide a callstack (i.e. the text inside the Advanced view of the crash dialog?) That would be a good first step for us to diagnose what's happening.

    As far as the yellow bar refreshing we'll see if we can repro this on our side.

  • Well, it has been three weeks and this issue has not repeated.  So, I don't have any new information for you.  If this issue ocurrs again, we will collect the information for you and post it here.

    We have fixed an issue related to the yellow information bar not disappearing after a refresh. Do let us know if you see the crash occur again - we'd like to check if this is also resolved by some changes we've made.
