I have purchased a Technet Plus subscription with credit card and received an email confirming my order. In the email it says I should receive a second email once my payment is complete. I would have thought credit card payment would be straight away but I have not received the second email.
In the first email it also says I can view my "Benefit Access Number (subscriber ID)" with a link to my invoice. but the invoice does not mention "Benefit Access Number (subscriber ID)" anywhere. I need this to link my Live ID.
Has the second email been lost somewhere or does it normally take more than 12 hours to process a credit card payment?Monday, October 26, 2009 8:31 AM
