  • I would strongly suggest not to edit. Because when upgrading to next version of SCSM, it will overwrite the display names back to old ones.

    Been there done that.

    Better solution is to put the default ones under parent, like (Old values), and simply ignore them. That can be done by exporting the management pack where list values are located, and manually adding parent item reference to all of them.
