Unable to change device ownership in Intune RRS feed

  • Hi, I'm having an issue with Intune about changing device's ownership. Some of them after enrollment are being set as Personal ownership, and when I try to change in the Intune portal at devices properties, it just doesn't let me do it. The users are assigned with the correct license also.

    Anyone have an insight about what can be causing this? Or have experienced already?
