While accessing View all site collection tab getting "sorry the site hasn't been share with you"' error

  Hi Team,

  In sharepoint server 2013 central admin page couple pages I am not able to access while accessing getting "sorry the site hasn't been share with you"' error But I am able to access and configure service application and create site collections...

  Note: I am using Farm admin account to login to Central admin page. 

  Any idea...
