    Hello, 

    i had 2  Management packs , and i cant import both together as i received an error that " The form base is not valid. Form CustomForm_58c99548_d405_485b_aad7_cf996c61ca24 extends form System.WorkItem.Incident.ConsoleForm, which already has another extension (CustomForm_bde9b8c5_8ebf_4b4f_949e_abc8d11236ea)."

    and after investigation i found that the both MPs customize the same forum "System.WorkItem.Incident.ConsoleForm" . So how can i resolve this issue.  and can i make customization on the same form but save it in different management packs.

    Hi,

    It's not possible to have two different MP containing form customization on the same form. Combine the changes into one MP and you can import it.
