Display Dashboard in SM Console RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

I'we read in a blogpost that Service Manager Dashboard can be imported directly in the Console and there is a Management Pack prepared for this. Can you tell me where to fiind it. Thank you.

  • Hey

After installing the Dashboard you will find some XML Files (program files\service manager dashboard\metadata\scsm\service manager management pack). copy those files to a sm management server, open powershell and change to the directory of the copied folder. run this command:

    newmbpfile.ps1 ServiceManager.Dashboards.XML ServiceManager.Dashboards

this creates a new MP-bundle holding the XML file and the images. import this into service manager. after that you will find a new "Dashboards"-view with 3 subviews under the "Work Items" wunderbar.

see the guide for more details ...

    regards
