Missing dependencies - Network Monitoring Management Pack Generator Tool RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    I am using SCOM 2016.

I have downloaded Network Monitoring Management Pack Generator Tool from:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54083

When I load a MIB file (AKCP humidity sensor device), I get the following error:

    The question is:

How to resolve the missing dependencies?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

what I know for sure is that there are .mib files for RFC-1155-SIM and RFC-1215, but i don't know if this is an issue with your installation or the MIB file you are loaading.

Check the reference to the MIBs here:

SNMPLink.org - Standard (RFC, IANA, ATM Forum) MIB Documentation

Are you able to properly open other MIB files?

  • Thanks Stoyan for your response,

Both of the missing dependencies was founded at github. Copy text into .txt files named like appears at message window. Load them at tool.

    Thanks.
