  • DateTime stamps do not match up in your screenshots.  Inconclusive.

  • Yes I see but still.. the question remains.. WHY? In the History the last update was at 11:32 by a user, why is there something else in in the alert Last modifiyed by and Last Modified ( time) ? Whow did the System change that? Or why it was not updated?

  • The system updated the repeat count. When the repeat count is updated, this is an update made by the "System", but it is not logged in the "History" tab.

  • Thank you Marc, then I have a big problem :( because that was the way that I wanted not to get the automaticaly closed alerts in a period of X minutes..

    Then back to dowing board :)

  • Then you should test who "Closed" the alert, not who made the last change which is a different property of the alert.

  • I have change the script that was updating some data.. I think I will not have this problem any more..
