Help running stats/reports on service manager RRS feed

    In our business environment we have started running reports from service manager.

    So we can see who has logged x amount of calls etc.

    Is there any way to run stats that show how many times a user has either modified or added a comment to incidents or service requests?

    A lot of our guys will take update calls without assigning said calls to themselves. I would like to produce a report that tells us how many times a user has places a comment on an incident or request and or a report that shows how many incidents or requests a user has escalated?
