error 0xC004F012 complication issue RRS feed

    this is what happened when i use troubleshoot option the 0xC004F012 it the error says this:

    "we cant activate the windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital liscence or product key, if you think you do have a valid liscence or key, select troubleshoot below, error code: 0xC004F012"

    yes i do have a valid key for windows 10 pro, but the image says you need to install a copy of windows 10 pro, but this is windows 10 pro, im very confused, can someone help me.

    Can you try to download the Windows 1709 ISO from http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-windows_install/how-to-download-official-windows-10-iso-files/35cde7ec-5b6f-481c-a02d-dadf465df326 , run the installation, select Upgrade Now and Keep data files. 

    Check if this solves your problem.

    Do you encounter an activation issue, right?

    If you can't activate your Windows, please input "slui.exe 4" in Windows search box and take a free call to activate your computer.
