All replies

  • are you migrating from xp to xp or xp to windows 7 ? what does your Scanstate.log and Scanstateprogress.log reveal ?

make sure (if migrating to windows 7) that you have the SP2version (supports windows 7) configmgr client package from definition installed on your client before attempting to run a capture task

    cheers

  • The task is running now within only save, osd and restore data i hope there is no errors during the task...

11   Restart in Windows PE   Install Operating System   11134   The task sequence execution engine successfully completed an action

11142   The task sequence execution engine performed a system reboot initiated by an action
11140   The task sequence execution engine started execution of a task sequence

Have you an idea about that

  • Then you installed the install, win from the source files... that wil not work, you will have to create an image of the source files, and then deploy that image
