Subscription Support Group Not Assigned


  • I am trying to setup a subscrition to send out an email when an incident is assigned to "Networking" support group and is not assigned to an analyst but am not receiving any notifications... 

    Following is how is the info for my Subscription - What am I missing?


    [Incident]Support group equals "Networking"

    AND Assigned To User[Domain User or Group] User Name is empty
