Cannot join a Win7 Pro to domain RRS feed

    Is it available to join to the domain before? Is it available to ping the server both with the ip address and the server name?

    Please take the following steps to troubleshoot this issue.
    1.Update the network adapter driver or reinstall the network adapter driver from the device manager.
    2.Ensure the " TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper Service" is running. Run "services.msc" to open the service control panel.
    3.Ensure the "Client for Microsoft Networks" protocol is installed.
    Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Change adapter settings\Right click the network adapter choose "Properties". Untick and re-tick it. Reboot the machine then check the symptom again.
    4.Run the following command line to reset the tcp/ip stack.
    ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
    nbtstat -RR (release and refesh NetBIOS names)
    netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
    netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
