  • Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.

Based on your description, please try the following methods to troubleshoot:

    1. Run the command sfc /scannow to check if the files are corrupted as an administrator.

    2. Try to change another computer and check.

    3. Try to upgrade your windows to the latest version and check.

Meanwhile, please refer to the following link which may help:

  • Cmd yazın, cmd yazın: services.msc msc içinde Bluetooth yönlendirmesini ilerleyin, çift tıklayın, Otomatik başlat, servisi başlat, msc çık, başlat başla ... Windows reddederse, başlatmayı başlat, bağlan modda başla, kullanıcı hesabını ayarla, Ebeveyn sayfası / çıkış hesabının işaretini gösteriyor, services.msc içinde olduğu gibi gibi sıfırlayın

    Bu hesaba Yönetici olarak ayarlandınız.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Have you done anything changes on your windows before?

    1. Check if the headset devices are disabled.

    2. Try to update drivers.

    3. Try to download and reinstall it manually.
