  • Question

  • WHERE THE HELL IS THE WINDOWS VISTA SUPPORT FORUM MICROSOFT? WHY DO YOU HANG US OUT TO DRY JUST BECAUSE WE RUN OLD OS..

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR WINDOWS VISTA BUT THERE IS NO WHERE TO POST FOR VISTA.

i am quite frustrated with the lack of answers given by Microsoft, they NEVER seem to have answers, but i am hoping someone can actually reply?

i have been having problems with my shutdown button. it seems to have ran away on me, along with the restart button. I am left with sleep and lock. both equally as useless.

this is a home computer and should be no domain set up where administrator only can shutdown/starup computer.

i googled how to fix it. did it. then went to restart my computer in safe mode to do a scan of computer. when it tried to start up again it said it couldnt stauup and starup repair then began to run... which retred settings to before i added shutdown button back to start menu.

i am very confused because my computer has been running decently normal. the internet has been a tad bit slower but that happens at times

so after the restore thing finished i fiddles around a bit and stumbled upon event log, and there is ALOT more then i expected to see.

    there is alot of criticals and warnings and errors..IDs: 106, 100,  200, 201, 400, 102,  300,  302, 103, etc..

does not seem good to me. what are these?

    here is the first critical:
