    Has Microsoft Edge been removed from Windows Server 2016 1607 14393? Installed the RTM version and no Edge browser at least by default. Can't find any setting to enable or install.

    Thanks for your post.

    As far as I know, Microsoft hasn't released Windows Server 2016 RTM version, the latest version is TP5 and Edge browser can be used till TP5. Version number 14393 is for Anniversary Update. We recommend you wait until the Windows Server 2016 final released, the leaked system can only be used for self test, unable to represent the RTM version.

    OEM partners get windows 2016 rtm version. can be activated and essentials and multipoint rolls.
    There's no edge or features to be installed, as well as shops, maps, so not able to install the uwp applications.. Multipoint so get a sense

    btw I don't see the difference between a win and win the 2016 2016 LTSB and win 10 ent LTSB

    The Windows 2016 Server Release Evaluation DOES NOT have Microsoft Edge.

    Cannot find anything from Microsoft about the fact Microsoft Edge is not included in

    the release of Windows 2016 Server.

    Wonder why?

    Agreed, Edge was definitely taken out since TP4/TP5.

    When I called MS sales contact, they had no idea and could not tell me anything.
    They said they were told it should be in the release mid October but they also did not know it was released Sept.

    Maybe another one is coming out shortly???
