I have been having problems getting my computer to download updates, all it says is that the download failed. Also, I tried dowloading the service pack and got a 0x8007000d error. What can I do? I also try to download my santivirus software and it says the file is corrupt. Help!!!!!
At the lower / right side of the screen, click the 'Home Users-Scan Your PC' button. Follow all of the instructions to run the scan. This may include installing an ActiveX Control. This is a very trusted site that is hoighly recommended.
