  • Hi,

From your post, I understand that error message “Windows needs a driver” appeared during internet connection.

First, please help to verify following questions:

    1. Can you still connect to Internet with this error message?
    2. Would you please help to post the screenshot of the error message?

Regarding current situation, I suggest we follow these steps to update Network adapter driver first to check the issue:

    Update your network adapter driver:

To update your network adapter driver, you can follow steps “To update drivers using Windows Update” or  “To manually update drivers” on following link:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly#update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly=windows-7/

You can also download and update the driver yourself from the manufacturer's website.

Hope these could be helpful and keep post.

    Best Regards, StarSprite
