Remote Desktop RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am having an issuing connecting to my pc via remote desktop.  I receive the following message:

    1.remote access to the server is not enabled

    2.The remote computer is turned off

    3.The remote computer is not available on the network

    I have verified all three reasons and still will not connect. Please let me know your thoughts

    It is a complex question, could you please give more detailed information, such as your network configuration.

    Have you ever connected successfully?
