Because the logon Date is not replicated , did you check the time on other DCs. (When a user logs on, this attribute is updated on the Domain Controller that provided
the authentication ONLY. Because it is only updated on one DC, that means this attribute is not replicated)
Based on my experience, if the attributes display normally on other DCs
, the biggest possibility is that during one of the logins, there was a problem with the windows time, and then recoverd normally.
