Can't Access HomeGroup PC - Error Code 0x80070035

  • I have 4 computers HomeGrouped, all wireless, but am having issues with one laptop.  It is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 with Windows Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials.  I can access this laptop from the other 3 computers (2 have Win7 Pro, the other is Win7 Home) and I can see the other three computers listed under both HomeGroup and Network but when I try to open a shared folder I receive error code 0x80070035.  I've read through the forums and nothing has worked.  Below is a list of things I have tried so far.

    - Enable NetBios over TCP/IP

    - Disable IPv6

    - Verify Computer Browser, DHCP Client, DNS Client, HomeGroup Listener/Provider, Server, TCP/IP NetBios Helper,Workstation Services started/automatic

    - Disable Firewall

    - Verify Network Discovery,File and Printer sharing, and Public Folder sharing turned on and Password Protected sharing turned off

    - Verified only 1 Microsoft 6to4 network adapter listed in Device Manager

    - Attempt to access share via IP address instead of by name
