    From the log, we didn’t see any error. To clarify our issue, could you provide more details.
     
    1. How did you upgrade the windows 10 machine? Did it do from Configuration Manager? If we try to upgrade it on the client manually, what is the result?
    2. Could you get a screenshot of the error you get?
    3. Go through the log and see if there’s any error existing in the log you provided.
    4. what is version we upgrade from and to?
