Audio problem

    Question

  • I have windows 7 32 bit edition. In the first days of using it i had winxp thse days  i had sound but suddenly recently sound went i had via hd audio deck and i uninstalled it and switched to windows 7 still the audio is not comming i switched the speakers to a another computer which i has win 7 the speakers are working is working i recently checked “Microsoft UAA Bus driver for high definition audio" but i dont have it in win7 and my other computer also dosent have “Microsoft UAA Bus driver for high definition audio" i checked it in device manager system devices its not there in both computers the “Microsoft UAA Bus driver for high definition audio" is not there what should i do i reintalled via hd audio deck 3 times but still ihave the problem what should i do??

    Acording to your description, this issue should be a driver issue. So please try to fully uninstall the sound card driver first. Then You may download the latest driver to install it.

    Also, if you want, please provide the model of sound card. We will help you find it out.

  • It is not a sound card it is a on board sound driver.

    and i did what you said but still its not working.
