Hi Guys,
I have upgrade OM1807 into SCOM 2019, I got a problem on MS server, the server is non-English OS, and install OM1801 upgrade to OM1807 was English version, because of SCOM UI in non-English have problem, like as textbox and button will be missing or overlap.

Hi,
I believe the install language is based on the Windows display language that you are currently using.
SCOM comes with different languages when you install it, if you look in the installation folder of the SCOM console for example, you should see folders named by the supported languages:So if you change your Windows display language to for example French, and then logout > log back in, and then open the SCOM console, you will see everything in French within the SCOM console.
If you are using a Windows display language that exists is in the list above, for example Spanish, then the SCOM console will automatically open in the same language (Spanish), because it exists in the list.
But if you have for example German as the Windows display language and you want to view the SCOM console in English, then you need to remove the de named folder in the installation folder of the SCOM Console.

Thanks.
This way just just solve a half issue :)
I hope can choice setup language when upgrade to SCOM 2019.
Current upgrade like as MPs will default by OS language and automatic choice the non-English MP to import, this will make some confuse when need to talk with Microsoft engineer.
