  • Hi,

The Bug_Check D1 CAUSE netio.sys which is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault. Most likely are the combination of third party security programs and the network drivers.

Generally, you may update BIOS and other hardware drivers first.

Do you have any third party security programs installed?

If so, please temporarily disable all the third party security programs and test the issue.

Meanwhile, you may reinstall or update the drivers for the network related device.

In addition, I would like to suggest you refer to the links below to check the issue:

    Bug Check Code 0xD1:

Stop error when you resume a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 from sleep or from hibernation: "STOP: 0x000000D1"

Hopefully you could resolve your issue soon.

  • Thanks for the reply.

Generally this Bluescreen error comes when I start playing YouTube videos. I have 2 'third party security programmes" running, ESET 32 Antivirus and Zone Alarm. and I am using those both from more than 3 years. But this blue screen error is coming from last 3-4 months only. I have all of my Network and Display drivers updated, BIOS too, on latest version. I had BLUE screen almost 2-3 hours in all 24 hours running machine. But from last 4 days I have made one change, I have theme from Windows 7 AERO to Windows Classic (simple). and the problem is gone completely. Even if I play Youtube videos, Blue screen error not coming.
