HP Model EliteBook 830 G5 and 640 G4 all missing Pci and Display drivers RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi We are creating standalone media in SCCM and just creating HP model 830 G5 and 640 G4 but in almost all HP models

I can see PCI driver and Intel Graphic driver for display missing i have tried capturing the driver from same model after updating them from internet but still same drivers are missing.

Dont know how we can make sure that no drivers are missing from device.

tried below tool to capture the driver but did not work for me.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for posting in TechNet.

1.May we know if there is any further information about this issue in the smsts.log and setupact.log? Please refer to:SCCM: How to copy SMSTS.log when a Task Sequence fails

2.Please download the latest driver packages from HP website and import the drivers to SCCM to have a try.

    3. It's also recommended to submit a case to HP to get better support.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Simon

  • Did you download all available driver from HP site and import in driver catalog.

Some drivers may not install during apply driver step , you need install it as a software.
