  • Hi,

So this issue is focused on the program, have you tried to uninstall and reinstalled the psmain.exe associated program if possible and check the result?

If this doesn't work, then please run sfc /scannow and check if it can fix the specific dll file.

Run a virus scan because a faulty dll file might be caused by virus infection.

Keep Windows update-to-date, keep your programs up-to-date.

Please post back if issue persists.

  • Hi,

For printing, are you able to print via Word, Excel or other applications?

The event log shows that some errors happened with psmain.exe, developed by third party vender, I suggest you keep the latest version of the program or just reinstall the psmain.exe associated program under control panel\Programs and features, check the result again.
