  • Hi,

    Reset the Windows Store cache.

    1.Press Windows Key + R key.

2.Type wsreset.exe and press Enter Key.

Your Windows Store cache will be reset. Check if the is resolved.

Run the following PowerShell script to re-register the new Store and check if that helps you.

In the Search box, type CMD

Right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

In the command prompt, enter the following command:

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

If the issue still insists, you could follow the steps below to fix.

Open an elevated Command Prompt with Administrator privileges.

    net stop wuauserv

    move "c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" "c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.old"

    net start wuauserv

Wait for a computer response for each command. Then reboot your computer and run your store programs.

Hope it will be helpful to you
