So i am running Windows 8.1 Pro OEM have been since april 2014, i built this computer and bought the cd from you guys. Today i installed a addition hard drive to my system, which some how deactivated my windows and my cd key is no longer valid. i dont see how a new hard drive would make my windows be deactivated... I would like some help with this. Have no way to call anyone at microsoft at this moment i dont have a phone.

If you made substantial hardware changes to your PC, such as replacing your hard drive or motherboard, you'll need to activate Windows by phone. To learn how, go to the product activation article.
