  • Keep asking me to restart computer instead of going to the next stage to update firmware

    Does the issue appear again after you restart computer?

    Please check if the issue occur with other user account.

    Try to update Windows to the latest version through Settings\Update & Security\Windows update.

    If you are using Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise version, we could run the following comlet in PowerShell to register Mixed Reality.

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.Windows.HolographicFirstRun | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}

    But for Mixed Reality issue, I recommend you to ask for help from Windows Mixed Reality Developer Forum for more help. They might more familiar with Mixed reality and they should have more resource to help you.
