Upgrade Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello,

We have a few windows server 2012R2 servers. They are using a AAOEM license. This type of license is attacthed to the hardware.

I would like to know if i can upgrade this servers to Win2016 without having any win license issues. Whats is the best method to do it?

Can anyone help?
