  • Hi there,
Is it a upgrade install or clean install? Do you have encountered unexpected shutdown/reboot/BSOD recently?
It seems that the MFT (Master File Table) info or the file system structure may corrupted. You should consider backup important data as soon as possible.
First of all, please run a “Error Scan” to check bad sectors. If there is any red block appear, it means the HD has bad sector and this would be a hardware issue, you may consider replace the HD or contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

If there is no bad sectors, please try to remove unnecessary files and make sure you have more than 15% free space on your HD. Then, run Chkdsk in command mode:

    a) Restart your computer if it is powered on.
    b) Tap the F8 key after your computer initially powers on.
    c) Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu you can stop tapping.
    d) Use the up/down arrow keys to select safe mode with command prompt.
    e) In the command prompt window, type the following command and press enter
    Chkdsk /R
    Chkdsk /F

Do you still have the same error now? Do you have any problem or error message during normal use of the computer?
