Unable to access records from Facebook sign-in

    Question

  • I've used HealthVault for 2 years.  I originally signed in using my Facebook account.  On April 8, 2016, I got an email stating that I would no longer be able to access it through Facebook.  So I changed how I sign to HealthVault.  Now, I can't access almost all of my health records.  Help!!!

  • Same thing happened to me. I'm afraid we are simply out of luck. If you changed your log in ID from FB to Microsoft, in theory, it should have transferred everything over--but, apparently not and MS wants us to just move on. I doubt there is much that can be done to retrieve our old data. George Orwell tells us that, eventually, we *will* learn to love Big Brother. ;-)
