  • Can windows 7 with internet explorer 11 64 bit be converted by download to 128 bit operation

    Such an IE version must be deployed to target such an architecture: the software must be recompiled or even rewritten (and the underlying operating system should be 128 bit too).
    At this moment, you cannot do that.

    There is no method to convert Windows 64-bit edition to Windows 128-bit edition by downloading currently.
