Conference Desktop Sharing After In-Place Upgrade

Question
-
Previously Lync 2013 Server now Skype 2015 server. The only thing that changed was changed were the upgrade to the server. Client are able to share from person to person but as soon as they enter a conference sharing no longer works.
The client comes up with "We couldn't connect to the presentation because of network issues. Please try again later."
Pulling the UCC log into Snooper yields the following warnings and errors in the trace:
CAppsharingMediaProviderSession::AddAppSharingNode - no tns:InboundStream stream node
CRDPRTPTransportStream::GetRDPQoEMetrics: HRESULT API failed: 80004005 = hr. GetEndpointMetricsHRESULT failed: 80004005 = hr . GetRDPQoEMetrics
CAppsharingMediaProviderSession::GetQoEData - AddAppSharingMetricsToReport failed hr = 80004005
This is all internal and wasn't happening before the upgrade. Is there something I skipped over?
Thanks

I ended up moving this to the right section when I originally posted it. To sum it up, the answer for me was firewall issues.

Hello LyncDude,
I don't this is specific to upgrade because if upgrade causes then you could have PC-to-PC working, Also you conference media is working.
I think this is specific to client, Does conference participants are on Lync 2013, Skype for Business, Lync 201 clients?
What client version are you using?
I would have start with client version checks then i will look if any error logged on FE and so on.
