Bootmgr Is Missing Can't Get To a Windows Install DVD

  • Been trying to install Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on my Desktop which had Windows XP SP3 installed.  Motherboard is a Foxconn C51XEM2AA w/Phoenix WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG (6A61HP02) Release number 612W1P36 & NVIDIA BIOS Version: 2.053.48. Main Processor is AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ with 2Gig Mem
Have had numerous stops like: "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent a problem: tech info Stop: 0x0000007B (0xf78d2524, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0.00000000).

Also got to start of windows install stopped w Windows cannot be installed.....dynamic volumes are not supported.

Also sometimes " no boot disk found"

The farthest I got was with an ISO Windows 7 Premier USB drive & then said I had corrupt files.

Now I have 1 HDD drive hooked uo to SATA Channel 1 Master WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0 (It is Clean & active I believe)
A DVD RW on SATA Channel 4 Master: ASUS DRW-2014L1T 1.02, and I have tried different sata cables on different channels and tried
booting with two different Windows 7 products and my orginal Windows XP and I get the same message consistently
including once using a Windows 7 64bit repair kit  I downloaded as an ISO filw and burned to a CD!

Message is right after "Press any Key to boot from CD"
BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Any help or hint will be appreciated. I have a laptop with Windows 7 home premium so I am up with something. Thanks
