Sony Vaio startup ghost

  • I am running WinVista on my sony vaio VGNNW 150J laptope. The Sony Vaio bundle was removed and now I get a diaglogue box every startup. What fix do I need to stop the error upon loading?  Thanks

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

    ************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

    For example:

        < jitDebugging="true" />

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

  • do you use Fusion Core Solution ("helps agencies seamlessly take in, analyze, and disseminate information")?

or was the pc ever installed that app and somehow not uninstalled properly or related files deleted or corrupted?

if this is you own personal laptop and you dont need the Fusion Core Solution, try use msconfi from admin account and click on the startup tab to try disable it from start. i fno t found there, look in variour startup folder and remove, if not found, then try regedit , backup the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run by export and then remove the appropriate entry

    also look in hkcu\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

    good luck
