  • After checking in Windows 7 Compatibility Center, World Of Warcraft is compatible with Windows 7 64bit. The crash seems to be caused by the graphic driver. Please visit the following site to download and install the latest version of video driver.

    http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=win7/windows-7-64bit

Please note: we provide the third party link to download relevant driver for technical use only. There may be some changes without notice, Microsoft doesn't guarantee any accuracy on contacting information.

If the issue persists, you can try using the standard video driver to test.

    1)      Click "Start", type "DEVMGMT.MSC" in the Search textbox and press Enter.

    2)      Expand "Display adapters".

    3)      Right click on your Graphic Card, select "Properties"

    4)      Click "Driver" tab, click Disable (Disable the selected device). Click OK

    5)      Please restart the computer.
