  • Hi yorgo28.

    Did you make any change on the system after which the problem started to occur?
    If that's the case, you could try starting Windows, hitting the F8 key and selecting Repair your Computer to open the System Recovery Options screen and apply a restore point to revert back Windows to a previous well functioning state.

    Would you please provide more information about this issue?

     

    If you want to exit Safe mode, please refer to the steps below:

    1. Press Win + R to open Run dialog box.
    2. Type “msconfig” into the Run dialog box and hit OK button.
    3. By default, it is for General Tab. Click on “Boot” Tab, uncheck the Safe boot box, hit Apply, and then Ok.
    4. Restarting your machine will exit Safe mode.
