Windows 7 Professional 32-bit and 64-bit RRS feed

  • Will Windows 7 Professional DVD contain both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the operating system?

    Welp... I went through most of the order process - and it never did ask me if I wanted the 32 or 64 bit flavors. So... I can only assume they're including both.

    There will be 3 methods for getting Windows  7. You can get an ISO image via download, download AND get backup media or just get the media. Downloading, if the Beta and RCs (and the resulting posts requesting help) were any indication, might be a bit of a pain.

    For what it's worth - there will be TWO DVDs included, if they do include both - one will be 32 bit and the other 64. That's assuming the final version's ISO images will be comparable in size to the RC's ISOs.
