Asked by:
SCOM 2019 Web Console install

Question
-
I see that UR2 is out in GA now - I've been waiting for .net3.5 dependencies to be deprecated before installing the web console
Where do I get the updated installer?
Is there a way to apply UR2 to existing installer? (a shot in the dark...)

Hi,
Yes. Update Rollup 2 for System Center Operations Manager 2019 is available now.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4558752
The UR1 patch had a dependency on .net3.5, this dependency is now removed.
Though the dependency on .net3.5 has removed, we may still need it if we want to upgrade the management server.
Note You may encounter an error at the Management Pack import step during the management server update. To mitigate this error, do either of the following:
Install .NET Framework 3.5, and then rerun the management server update.
Import the management packs manually.
Hope the above information helps.

Hi,
Yes you can apply the Update Rollup 2 to an existing SCOM 2019 installation.
Check the KB article for the Update Rollup 2 for the download links, I've also provided the download links here:

Hi,
It seems there is no update for a couple of days. May we know the current status of the problem? Is there any other assistance we can provide?
