How can I access Camera Properties from Run? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm using Win 10. The inbuilt camera does not have option to bring the properties which would allow me to control brightness and other options. Any ways to run this using command prompt or any shortcuts?

  • Hi,

Unfortunately there is no option present in Windows 10 to change the brightness in the builtin camera.

Refer to this page for the settings that you can change in the Windows 10 builtin camera:

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Leon

  • Hi Azhar,

No command-line or shortcut method can adjust the brightness of built-in camera.

You can use Camera store app to adjust, there is a video tell how to operate.

Besides, try to configure video setting in Skype, because saving the settings in Skype they will be used in any other application.

That may be an OEM custom feature.  How did you get that?  Use Task Manager Details and add Command line to its list of columns.
