Ok, so my computer was working fine until about 4 o'clock when it froze. Ctrl Alt Delete wasn't working, nothing was so I had no choice but to turn it off, so I did. Then I turned it back in and logged into a different user, it took about 10 minutes to log
in and none of the programs were working on the user.
I turned it off for a while to cool down (i usually just have it on sleep mode) and now several hours later ive tried to turn it on and login and it's still only showing the 'welcome' loading screen after about 25 minutes. This happened previously and now
i rebooted and am trying the same thing in safe mode.
Anyone want to suggest any help?
Ran startup test which came back as a failure with the code: QFNCWJ-5JL62K-XD014J-60TN03
Bios diagnostics gave me the error: Hard Disk 1 Quick (303)
The 303 error usually means the HD is bad or going bad. The other code I don't have any info on. Is this a HP computer? If it's under warranty call the computer company and get another hard drive. You could try one last thing and that is to try and set
the computer back to factory specs but I doubt it will help.
