    I have purchased a 64 bit Windows 7 pro. I would like to get it converted to 32 bit. Thanks

  • In order to have a 32-bit operating system, you would have to perform a "clean install" using a 32-bit Windows 7 DVD disc.

    Yes, it's impossible to convert a 64 bit system to 32 bit, what you can do is a clean installation with a 32 bit OS disk.
