Hi,
You could fix the problem by declaring the touchscreen monitor to be the primary monitor.
Or you can try the method below:
1.Go to Control Panel and search for "Touch".
2.Click "Tablet PC Settings"
3.Click "Setup..." to the right of "Configure your pen and touch displays"
4.Choose "Touch Input..."
5.Hit the "Enter" key until you see the instructions appear on your actual touch monitor. Touch the screen and it will say something like "Hit enter to move to the next step".
Hope above information can help you.

Microsoft/Windows has a utilty called: Microsoft Windows Media Professional Exhibitor/Microsoft Studios, the utility works with 2 or more displays.Actually it was developed for WMEncoder 9 series, but it runs solo.If Microsoft/downloads fail to show it,go to youre web search engine for it..

The link above gets you Microsoft Accesability/touch screen..
