What driver is this? I can't find it on google/bing.

To make sure you have no malware, make a full scan with an AntiVirus Scanner like Microsoft Security Essentials and also scan your PC with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware .

Based on what I got as a result from the dump files, the problem is caused by vipuxzip.sys. I have not found any information about it using bing/google.
I think that it is a malware program so try to uninstall it and check if this solve your problem.
If it is not a malware program, please update it.

Remark: Not signed drivers may be malware programs so it is recommanded to avoid to install them.

  • When I used the command '!findthebuild' I get this

'!findthebuild'' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

Before I install Microsoft Security Essentials I used Windows Defender and detected MonitorTool/win32.vipuxzip.sys then I removed it

but later after I installed ati driver and restared the pc got blue screen its writting vipuxzip.sys, why? I deleted this.

I scaned full with Malwarebyts but detected nothing.

  • backup all personal data and reinstall Windows to eliminate this malware. MonitorTool looks like a keyboard listener which gets passwords and other data, so it's highly recommend to REINSTALL and use different passwords.
