Few SCCM default report not loading RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

We recovered SCCM from our old server to new server using site backup. Now everything works fine, however I find all default sccm reports are not loading. We only see few are loading, not the important one's like compliance and task sequence reports not available. Normally SCCM loads 500+ reports, in our infra we only see close to 300 reports only.

The reports which are loading in SCCM are working fine though. Issue is rest of the reports are not showing up.

Reporting services page, like below. But URL is not opening when we click on the Webservice url. it keeps prompting for the username and password. D:\Program Files\SMS_SRSRP has full administrator access (ID from which we are trying load reports).

    SRSRP.log looks like below

  • Hi,

If you have some reports that are missing and you also see intermittent health check failures in srsrp.log, check the reporting services log under <drive>:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/<Instance ID>/Reporting Services/LogFiles. A good log to check is ReportServerService_<timestamp>.log as it logs all errors and will provide a complete call stack that should explain why we got an error message.
